• Warmley Design Code created. 

• First Reserved Matters application submitted. 

• Reserved matters consent granted. 

2029-2031

• Housing construction and road infrastructure work begins.  

• Warmley Forest Park extension completed, including pedestrian and cycle path through the park. 

• Approximately 50 homes built in the first year. 

• Site access points at London Road and Webbs Heath (North West) created.  

• Pedestrian and cycle path delivered, linking the site to the Bristol and Bath Railway Path at Warmley railway station.  

• Mobility hub delivered.  

• Land prepared for construction of the local centre and elderly persons care home. 

• North-South road through the site completed, connecting Webbs Heath to London Road. 

• Approximately 210 homes delivered by end of 2031.  

2032-2039

• Up to 100 homes per year are constructed

• Completion of local centre and care home. 

• All homes at North Warmley and all wildlife enhancements delivered by Winter 2039.
