Welcome to our vision for North Warmley

A ‘green-space-first’ new neighbourhood for Warmley, with significant new public green spaces, new homes, and improved connections to local facilities.

We’re pleased to share our plans for a new neighbourhood in North Warmley, shaped by nature and designed to support South Gloucestershire Council’s vision for the East Fringe.

Our proposals include over 30 hectares of public open space – more than half the site. Currently in private ownership, this land would include new nature corridors, green walking and cycling routes, and a significant extension to Warmley Forest Park.

The development also creates opportunities for new community facilities and improvements to local services, with 950 new homes and an elderly persons care facility. All within a neighbourhood well connected to employment centres in Bristol and Bath.

We invite you to explore the plans and share your views to help shape a neighbourhood that reflects the aspirations of the local community.

Help shape North Warmley

We welcome your input on our proposals for new homes at North Warmley.

The deadline to submit feedback was Thursday 29 May 2025 and we thank all those who provided their views. Your input will help shape our final plans before we submit a planning application to South Gloucestershire Council later this year.

We would also like to thank those who attended our drop-in events held at Kingsmeadow at MadeForever Community Hub on 12 and 13 May. The development team welcomed the opportunity to showcase our proposals in detail and answer any questions attendees had.

If you couldn’t attend our events in person, you can view our consultation event boards here. You can explore our proposals in full by clicking the button below.
